Jiffy Lube

Definitely would recommend the service technician who helped she was very helpful and skilled on her work and professionalism I will be back because of her and the team thanks jiffy lube.

Morning when I got there not much communication. I’ve been there. Several times brought my cars there and it just seems like everybody was in their own Little world.

Great customer service! Went in for an oil change and they let me know that my brake fluid was dirty and if I would like my tires rotated. They let me know the cost of the additional service and I decided to only get the tire rotation & oil change. I was in and out of there pretty quickly. The waiting room has complimentary coffee and a TV to watch in an air conditioned room. I will definitely be returning for my oil changes in the future.

This experience was frustrating from start to finish—unprofessional behavior, lack of transparency, poor communication, and a complete disregard for customer requests. I’ve supported this location for years, but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere going forward. here is what happened; When I arrived around 11 a.m. on a Friday, the shop was clearly not busy. Despite that, no one came out to greet me. I walked inside and found the technicians engaged in personal conversation, and they made no effort to acknowledge me until they were done. It was an unprofessional and unwelcoming first impression. I mentioned to the technician that on a previous visit, they had filled my wife’s windshield wip…

I came in for an oil change and I was in and out in no time, less than 20 minutes. I called my Dealership first and they said it would take 1.5 to 3.5 hours. Glad I can here. The staff was helpful and friendly.
